Where to get the chest part of this armor- where to find a collector and what does he want for it? And what re the stats of it?

IIRC, there are some slight errors, but for the most part, I think it's correct (the stats on your mesmer armor are probably just the max AL of 60 with the energy bonus)

Nice and what re the stats of mesmers set? The same as elementalist?

IIRC, yes it is. If you don't want to bother with the Crystal Desert Collector Armor, just head to Drok's where they have the more specialized max AL armor. (All Crystal Desert Collector Armor is generic except for the head gear [ie Flame Eye, Ax Helmet, etc].
